Hugh Norman-Walker

Sir Hugh Selby Norman-Walker (1916 - 1985) was a officer in the British Colonial Office. He was the Commission of Bechuanaland from 1965 - 1966 and the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1973 - 1978. He served as a Colonial Secretary under the Governorship of Sir David Clive Crosbie Trench and Lord MacLehose of Beoch.
