Bhat (Nepali: भात) is the main ingredient of the most popular and traditional Nepalese food (also eaten in India) which is called 'Daal, Bhat & Tarkari'. Bhat is the cooked rice, daal is a type of lentil soup & Tarkari is curried vegetables. Bhat is also called as 'Bhuja' by some of the people in Nepal.
