Steve Blum
Steven Jay Blum (born April 28, 1965) is an American voice actor known primarily for his work in anime dubs and video games.
Fans of Cartoon Network's Toonami can recognize Blum's voice as the TOM, the block's robotic host. He was also recently heard in a Geico commercial[verification needed] and was the voice of 7-Eleven's "Oh thank heaven" television and radio advertisements.
His voice as Wolverine in the X-Men Legends games and Marvel Ultimate Alliance was sometimes mistaken for David Hayter's voice as Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid games.

For several years, Blum has used several pseudonyms in non-union productions, the most commonly-known being David Lucas. Blum actively denied that he and Lucas are the same person, stating instead that they are acquaintances. As of 2004, he has unionized and now uses his real name full time.
