Air Scouts

Air scouts are members of the international Scouting movement, with a particular emphasis on flying-based activities. Air Scouts follow the same basic programme as normal Scouts but certain amounts of time are spent focusing on air activities.

Air Scouts wear the same uniform as normal scouts but instead of wearing a green shirt they wear a blue shirt.

RAF Recognition Air Scout Troop can be affiliated with a Royal Air Force Squadron and can recieve special gifts and trips with the aid of their affiliate. This RAF recognition is subject to a bi-annual inspection by the RAF.
