Disturbing Tha Peace (DTP) is a management company and hip hop collective based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Chaka Zulu is the manager and head of the company, which includes among its clients/members Ludacris, Shawnna, I-20, Tity Boi, Lil' Fate, Jay Cee, Field Mob, Sharifa, and formerly Chingy. Ludacris, Tity Boi, Sharifa, and Shawnna are signed to Def Jam South, Lil' Fate, I-20 are members signed to Capitol Records, and Field Mob is signed to Geffen Records.

The entire Distrubing Tha Peace collective released their debut album Golden Grain in 2002, which contained the hit "Growing Pains". After the release of Golden Grain, St. Louis rapper Chingy parted company with both DTP and Chaka Zulu, claiming that his finances were mismanaged.

Disturbing Tha Peace recently signed on R&B singers Sharifa, Bobby Valentino, alongside rap groups Field Mob, Full Circle and Norf Clik to the growing roster.
