Error

Im not sure if anyone realizes this, but this article is completely wrong.

I think I've fixed it properly. Whoever wrote it made it seem as tho this was an award of the Boy Scouts of America, but its really for the Boy Scouts of the Philipines who ALSO have Eagle Scout as their highest award. --Emb021 1 July 2005 20:10 (UTC)
