The Worker-Communist Party of Iran (Farsi: Hezb-e Komunist-e Kargaran-e Iran) is a political party in Iran and amongst Iranian exiles. It is led by Koorosh Modaresi.

The Worker-Communist Party was founded by Mansoor Hekmat in 1991 as a split from the Communist Party of Iran.

It is a sister party of the Worker-Communist Party of Iraq
