Ceri Hughes (born February 26, 1971 in Pontypridd, Wales) is a former Welsh football midfielder. His clubs included Luton Town, for which he played for 8 years, Wimbledon, Portsmouth and, lastly, Cardiff City. He won 8 caps for the Welsh national team, without scoring.
