UGC Europe (formerly United Pan-Europe Communications or UPC ) is Europe's biggest cable TV provider, also providing internet access, telephony and other related services. It is an operation (100% ownership since early 2004) of the US-based company Liberty Global (arose in june 2005 through a merge of UnitedGlobalCom (UGC) with Liberty Media International), which is the world's leading Cable TV provider.

It serves about 6.6 milion analogue subscribers in 12 countries of Europe, and is the absolutely dominant provider in countries like the Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia, Spain or the Czech Republic.

In 2005, UGC Europe bought the Romanian communications company Astral Telecom for $420 million.

Its business is divided into two units:

  • UPC Broadband (TV, telephony, internet access (see also Chello), satellite TV)
  • chellomedia (broadband content, interactive services etc.)
