Note to people for future reference -- when giving the name of an organization, proper style (see e.g. the Australian Government Style Manual) dictates you should spell it in the manner prefered by the organization, regardless of your personal dialect of English. I.e. write "United Nations Development Programme" even if you normal spell program as "program", not "programme", and write "World Health Organization" even if you normally spell organization as "organisation", not "organisation". -- SJK
