Tung-Yen Lin (14 November 1912 - 15 November 2003) was a world-renowned civil engineer noted for his work in prestressed concrete. He was an outspoken advocate of a bridge linking Alaska and Siberia across the Bering Strait, a project he dubbed the Intercontinental Peace Bridge.
