Spirit Dancer is the fifth studio album recorded by country music band BlackHawk. It was also their only album on the Columbia Records label, and the first recorded after the death of former vocalist Van Stephenson. The tracks "Days of America" and "One Night in New Orleans" were released as singles. The track "Gloryland" was re-recorded by Keni Thomas in 2005 on his album Flags of Our Fathers, and BlackHawk is featured on Thomas' version as well. "One Night in New Orleans" was released in 2006 as a single by The Povertyneck Hillbillies from their self titled album.
