The DNA Lounge is a popular San Francisco nightclub, founded in the 1980s, which caters to the urban geek crowd. It was purchased in 1999 by celebrated hacker Jamie Zawinski, who spearheaded a grassroots effort to maintain its exemption for more recent laws limiting the number of after-hours clubs in the area.

When not functioning as a nightclub, the DNA Lounge regularly hosts hacker conventions such as CodeCon.
