Ross Elliott Begley (born December 5 1988) is an American actor.

Most popular as a child actor during the mid-1990s, he is best known for his supporting role as Nicolas "Nicky" Banks on Will Smith's NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Begley also appeared with Smith in the 1996 film Independence Day, and appeared as Our Gang kid Buckwheat Thomas in the 1994 film The Little Rascals.
