Kunnathur is a Taluk in Kollam district, Kerala State, India. The capital of Kunnathur Taluk is Sasthamcottah, a famous place due to a fresh water lake and its a tourist attraction too. There is a village with the same name in this Taluk and The Kunnathur village is a small village with its head quarters at Nediyavila. It includes the places like Manampuzha, Puthanampalam etc. Panampthoppu, Nediyavila, Ezhammile etc are certain places in this village.

Politics

Kunnathur assembly constituency (SC) is part of Quilon (Lok Sabha constituency).[1]
