Conker: Live & Reloaded is a video game for Microsoft's Xbox console, was released on June 21, 2005 as a re-make of the Nintendo 64 game Conker's Bad Fur Day. In addition to a completely new Live multiplayer portion, the game was revamped to take advantage of the increased power of the Xbox, and additional "uncensored" content, unlocked via earning medals on Xbox Live and a new chapter "X".
The game has a new combat system for single and multiplayer modes that includes a 3rd-person camera and controls that are similar to Halo and Unreal Tournament. It retains the platforming elements from Conkers Bad Fur Day.
In story mode, the script is almost completely the same as Bad Fur Day, with a touch of "Straight Port" jokes and easter eggs.
The multiplayer aspect of this game revolves around a war between the Tediz and the SHC (squirrels) in parody of Saving Private Ryan and the Terminator series.
Parodies

- Saving Private Ryan — D-Day segment

Trivia
- The original game, Conker's Bad Fur Day, is unlockable once the game is completed. It is virtually identical to the N64 game; with a few graphical enhancements. (Consequently, it is the first Rare franchise created whilst working for Nintendo to appear on a rival console).
- This is the second of Rare's two Xbox titles; and although it has sold very poorly, it has proven to be more successful than Grabbed by the Ghoulies; encouraging Rare to stick with their existing franchises.
