Billie Hayes is an American actress best known for her comic protrayal is Witchypoo in Sid and Marty Krofft's Pufnstuf. Her characteristic cackle and pointed hat has made her an icon for witchdom on TV for years since its initial run of 13 episodes in the late 1960's.
