Avenue A | Razorfish Inc. (formerly NASDAQ:RAZF) is an agency and consultancy that is an operating unit of aQuantive, Inc. NasdaqAQNT. One of its former names was Razorfish, Inc., who was acquired by SBI and Company in January 2003. SBI purchased what was left of many of the .com consultancies including Scient, Lante, MarchFirst, Emerald, and Xcelerate. In October 2003 SBI and Company was renamed SBI Group and Razorfish became part of SBI.Razorfish beside SBI.Enteris. The company was renamed Avenue A | Razorfish as it was acquired by aQuantive, Inc in 2004.

Avenue A | Razorfish has offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta and Seattle. Their clients include AstraZeneca, Best Buy, Kraft, Microsoft, MSN, Weight Watchers, and Wells Fargo.

Razorfish's offices in 1995 were located at 580 Broadway, Suite 210, New York, NY 10012, with its first "office" (Jeff Dachis' home) at 115 Avenue C, New York, NY 10009.

Ten of its first fourteen employees were: Jeff Dachis & Craig Kanarick (co-founders), Oz Lubling, Stephen Turbek, Hillary Evans, Michael Friedman, Cindy Pound, Thomas Muller, Steven Osman, and Lance Ferguson.
