Jan Borukowski from Bielin (1524-1584), bishop of Przemysl (biskup przemyski), royal secretary since 1553. In 1569, signed the act of anexing Podlasie, Woynie and Kijowszczyzna to on the seym of Lublin.(na sejmie lubelskim).
