WILM-LP is the CBS and UPN station for Wilmington, North Carolina. It broadcasts on VHF channel 10 as a low-power station.

Originally starting out as independent WSSN-LP in the early 1990s, the station eventually became a low-power UPN affiliate. In 1999, Capitol Broadcasting Company (owners of WRAL-TV) out of Raleigh, North Carolina acquired the station.

In 2000 the station became an affiliate of the CBS network, filling a void created when WSFX-TV dropped CBS to become a Fox affiliate. CBS programming was seen in Wilmington on WBTW-TV from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and WNCT-TV from Greenville, North Carolina until WILM's affiliation with the network.

WILM simulcasts the morning, noon, and late newscasts from sister station WRAL-TV in Raleigh.
