Sun Yet-sen University or Zhongshan University is a prominent university in Guangdong, China. It has 4 campuses with a total area of 6.17 square kilometers. Three of the four campuses are located in Guangzhou while one in Zhuhai. Sun Yet-sen University was founded in 1924 by Dr. Sun Yat-sen, with the motto of "Study extensively; Enquire accurately; Reflect carefully; Discriminate clearly; Practise earnestly."
