- Hi. Thanks for your note on the new user log. I think Irish breakfast sounds like a great way to get started here on Wikipedia. For that matter, it sounds like a pretty good way to get started with just about anything. :-) I hope you like it here and keep contributing. If you need anything, don't hesitate to drop a request on my talk page. Isomorphic 03:22, 12 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Thanks for your work on Jem'Hadar. I hadn't a clue where to begin on that one. :) RadicalBender 15:06, 12 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Hey Zoney! I hope you can speak a small bit of Gaeilge, because [The Gaeilge Wikipedia] needs you! I havewn't counted the articles yet but I doubt the number would be bigger than 20. Then there are only 3 users..... :-) . In short: Tar síos chuig an Vicipéid Gaeilge chun cúpla aistreach a dhéanamh. Ludraman | Talk 07:32, 13 Mar 2004 (UTC)
- Ditto, Zoney. And do change any errors you see! -- Kwekubo 00:28, 14 Mar 2004 (UTC) (Aka Gabriel Beecham)
Hey there -- I keep hoping that the people who originally listed the pages I cleaned up will come back, verify the changes, and remove the listings. I agree the page is very long, however, and unfortunatly underused. In fact I just skimmed it again yesterday night and though 'gosh, all my changes are still there; people must not be using PNA at all...) Feel free to remove anything I marked as "fixed"; or to move to Cleanup anything so marked. +sj+ 16:23, 2004 Mar 18 (UTC)

Zoney: The best thing to do is what you've done -- mention the fact that you've rewritten the article and where on the copyvio page, right below the copyvio notice. Make sure you state there exactly where you've rewritten the article, too. Our standard procedure is that the articles spend a week on the copyvio page before an admin cleans them up -- that's to allow ample time for someone to rewrite, etc. Things can tend to get a little behind, though (we're only human) So as long as it's mentioned explicitly there, it should get moved up into the article space once an admin gets around to dealing with the oldest items on that page. -- Seth Ilys 00:01, 19 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Irish breakfast
Aontaim leat, ach cad é a teideal is oiriúnach don leathanach? Nílím rochinnte faoi. -- Kwekubo 00:14, 22 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Between breakfast and Bunratty
Hey Zoney I voted on the Irish Breakfast thing on Vfd. I don't think there's too much danger now of it getting deleted. I was thinking that adding about the culture and history of the Irish Breakfast would be a good idea. I'll have a go but you'd probably be good at it too.
I started an article on Bunratty Castle but haven't got round to adding much more with my studies and stuff. If you could help brush it up a bit that'd be great.
You have very good Irish (pretty damn better than me!) - how long have you been studying? Ludraman | Talk 18:58, 22 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Notice board
I was thinking of setting up an Irish Wikipedians' notice board, either as a subpage of mine or in the wikipedia namespace. It would be a forum for things that are specially relevant to Irish wikipedians. What do yuo think? Ludraman | Talk 21:10, 22 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Yep, sounds good. Implementation - sorry, I don't know what's the best idea. Basically anywhere is the same, a watch has to be added for it to be of use. So it probably is of little consequence where it is hosted.

- I've it done. The only thing currently listed there is about the Irish breakfast, but more should be added fairly soon. I sent the following message out to all the Irish Wikipedians:
- "There is a new notice board set up for Irish Wikipedians at User:Ludraman/Irish Wikipedians notice board. Ludraman | Talk 09:15, 23 Mar 2004 (UTC)"
Little help
Hey Zoney, tá cabhair ag teastáil uaim. I removed most fo the POV stuff from the breakfast article, leaving it neutral and factual. Jooler reverted it. I am NOT getting into an edit war. Instead I am trying to settle it at the talk page. Will you lend a hand? Ludraman | Talk 09:38, 23 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Dia dhuit
Hello. Thanks for note. Unfortunately I don't have much of my Irish back yet after years of inactivity, and my little An Gúm foclóir póca only takes me so far, so I could get about 3/4 of what you said. Until I get more back, it's best to drop me grammar notes as Bearla on my user page here (I prefer trying total immersion while on the Gaeilge site, as difficult as that is for me right now). So if you don't mind translating what you said to me, that would be great.
I hope to meaninfully contribute there, as limited as I am. I wouldn't dare write anything except it seems like it needs all the contributors it can get. :) -- Decumanus | Talk 00:42, 27 Mar 2004 (UTC)
