UEFA Euro 1992
The 1992 European Football Championship (Euro 92) final tournament was hosted by Sweden. It was the 9th edition of the European Football Championship, held every four years and supported by UEFA. The final tournament took place between June 10 and June 26, 1992.
At the time, only eight countries could dispute the final tournament. Seven countries had to qualify for the final stage. Sweden qualified automatically as hosts of the event.

- Idrattsparken, Norrköping - Capacity: 23,000
Qualifying Round
The qualifying round was played throughout 1990 and 1991. There were seven qualifying groups of five teams each, with the exceptions of groups 5 and 7, which only had 4. The matches were played in a home-and-away basis. Victories were worth 2 points, draws 1 point, and defeats 0 points. Only the winner of each group could qualify for the final stage.
