Waterloo Region Record
The Record, officially the Kitchener-Waterloo Record, is a daily newspaper published in Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada. Though it began in Kitchener it soon came to include Waterloo and now also covers Cambridge and the surrounding area. It is owned by the Torstar group.
The newspaper staff moved to new offices in the Market Square mall on King Street East in the downtown core in January 2005. The former headquarters, on Fairway Road in Kitchener, is where the paper itself was once published; as printing is now offsite, the staff moved out and the building has been demolished.
