Jason McCaslin

Jason McCaslin is the bass guitar player of the Canadian pop-punk band Sum 41. He was born on September 3, (1980), in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

He joined the band as the last member of its current lineup in February 1999, replacing Mark Spicoluk, who would join and leave Avril Lavigne's band later. McCaslin is of the opinion that he is the reason Sum 41 got signed by Island Records, which happened only months after he joined.
