Madame Amberley is the head mistress of the Academy of Evil. She treated Cortex as a crybaby when he attended school under her. Amberley is overweight, and is suspended by three cables attached to a small machine on her back. Cortex took revenge by breaking the wires, plummeting Madame Amberley into a pool of acid. She is believed to be dead.
