Main Characters
Alessi family
- Caroline Alessi (Gillian Blakeney) (1990-1992) - Christina's twin sister. Had a short fling with Paul Robinson.
- Benito Alessi (George Spartels) (1992-1993) - Husband of Cathy and father of Rick and Marco. He had a vasectomy.
- Cathy Alessi (Elspeth Ballantyne) (1992-1993) - Wife of Benito and mother of Rick and Marco.
- Rick Alessi (Dan Falzon) (1992-1995) - Son of Benito and Cathy. He used to go out with Debbie Martin, and Later Cody Willis. Left Erinsborough to work for Gaby Willis at the Darwin Branch of Lassiters.
- Marco Alessi (Felice Arena) (1992) - Son of Benito and Cathy, and brother of Rick.
- Frank Alessi (Robert Ruggeiuro) (1991, 1992) - Brother of Benito, Father of Christina and Caroline, Uncle to Rick and Marco.
- Margaret Alessi (Bev Gardner) (1990, 1991, 1993) -Wife of Frank, Mother of Christina and Caroline, Aunt to Rick and Marco.
Bishop/Ramsay family:
- Madge Bishop (also Ramsay and Mitchell) (Anne Charleston) (1986-1992, 1996-2001) - Former Wife of Harold Bishop and Fred Mitchell. Mother of Charlene and Henry. She died from pancreatic cancer.
- David Bishop (Kevin Harrington) (1988, 2003-2005) - Harold's son and Serena's father. A dull individual, often too proud to ask for help. He lost much of the family's wealth on a poor business decision. He had a long running feud with Max Hoyland. Paul Robinson helped him become a councillor on the Erinsborough council, but he ended up being Paul's puppet. Eventually, Paul framed him for defrauding his charity, the "Helen Daniels Trust", but David managed to get off because the police messed up the search warrant. Unfortunately, Liljana left him for Paul Robinson. David, along with other Ramsay Street residents, managed to bring Paul Robinson down though, and prevented the construction of the Erinsborough Mall (which would have resulted in the destruction of Ramsay Street). He then got back together with Lil. He perished in the 2005 plane disaster.
- Liljana Bishop (nee Ristic) (Marcella Russo) (2003-2005) - David's ethnic Serbian wife, who read coffee beans. She got a liver transplant from her illegitimate long-lost son (adopted out at birth) and Serena's ex-boyfriend, Luka Dokich, Svetlanka's godson. During a trial separation with David she started to develop feelings for Paul Robinson, and she then left David after he was arrested for fraud. She started openly seeing Paul Robinson, but since he was exposed for his crimes and found almost dead in a forest, she got back together with David. She perished in the 2005 plane disaster.
- Serena Bishop (Lara Sacher) (2003-2005) - teenage daughter of David and Liljana, former coffee shop employee, co-owner at "Bounce", girlfriend of Connor. Was taken advantage of by an older photographer named Chris Cousens, who wanted to get nude pictures of her to put on the Internet. Went out with Stingray Timmins for a while, then started dating Luka Dokich, only to find out he was her half-brother. Had a short fling with Boyd Hoyland, but got back with Stingray, to whom she has lost her virginity. She went off the rails a little when her parents broke up, and even stole Dylan's car. She and Stingray broke up for a second time, and she subsequently dated Connor O'Neil. She wanted to pursue a career in business, and bought a share in Toadie's bikini store "Bounce". She perished in the 2005 plane disaster.
- Max Ramsay (Francis Bell) (1985-1986) - Madge's brother and the father of Shane and Danny (not Danny's biological father).
- Maria Ramsay (Dasha Blahova) (1985) - Max's ex-wife.
- Shane Ramsay (Peter O'Brien) (1985-1987) - Max and Maria's eldest son. He was a very good diver until he and Danny had a car accident.
- Danny Ramsay (David Clencie) (1985-1986, 2005) - Maria's son. It was revealed that Max was not his real father. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Henry Ramsay (Craig McLachlan) (1987-1989) - Madge's son and Charlene's brother. Spent some time in prison after being framed as the ringleader in a robbery. Married Bronwyn Davies in 1990.
- Gemma Ramsay (Beth Buchanan) (1990-1991) - Ex-girlfriend of Matt Robinson, Glen Donnely and Adam Willis.
Carpenter/Kratz/Stark family
- Cheryl Stark (nee Kratz) (Caroline Gillmer) (Colette Mann) (1993-1996) - Loud and boastful girlfriend of Lou Carpenter and mother of Brett, Danni, Janine, Darren (not Lou's children) and Louise (who she claimed she had with Lou). Was hit by a car and then killed by the medication Karl gave her.
- Shannon Louise "Lolly" Carpenter (Tessa Taylor) (Jiordan Anna Tolli) (1994-2001) - Daughter of Cheryl Stark and Lou Carpenter, however it was revealed that her biological parent was John Allen. Lou fought a custody battle and lost, so she went to live with John in the country.
- Lauren Carpenter (Sarah Vandenbergh) (1993-1994) - Lou's daughter from his first marriage. She had an affair with Brad Willis.
- Guy Carpenter (Andrew Williams) (1991-1992) - Lou's son from his first marriage. Used to take steroids.
- Brett Stark (Brett Blewitt) (1993-1996, 2005) - Son of Cheryl and brother of Danni, Darren and Louise. Lost his virginity to Libby Kennedy. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street. and Also he Returned to Ramsay Street For Cheryl's Funeral And She Died In A Car Crash.
- Danni Stark (Eliza Szonert) (1993-1996, 2005) - Diabetic daughter of Cheryl and sister of Brett, Darren and Louise. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Darren Stark (Scott Major) (Todd MacDonald) (1993, 1996-1998, 2004, 2005) - Former criminal who spent time in juvie for armed robbery. Fell in love with Libby, but then cheated on her with her Brother's Girlfriend Catherine. Recently came back to try and get back together with her, and now lives with her in Shepparton. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Janine Stark (Wilhemlmina Strache) (1995) - Cheryl's Older Daughter who was in the navy. Was beaten by her Boyfriend.
- Marlene Kratz (Moya O'Sullivan) (1994-1997, 2005) - Cheryl Stark's mother. Went on a three month cruise and never came back. She is still currently sailing the seas. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Sam Kratz (Richard Grieve) (1994-1996, 2005) - Marlene's grandson and Cheryl's nephew. He used to date Cody Willis and only got over her death after he was visited by her ghost. Now happily married to Annalise Hartman and living in London. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
Clarke family:
- Des Clarke (Paul Keane) (1985-1990) - Husband of Daphne Clarke, who was killed in a car accident. Was put into a mental institution, leaving his son Jamie to fend for himself.
- Daphne Clarke (nee Lawrence) (Elaine Smith) (1985-1988) - Wife of Des Clarke. Died after being involved in a car accident.
- James Kingsley 'Jamie' Clarke (S J Dey) (Ryder Susman) (Nicholas Mason) (Angus McLaren) (1987-1990, 2003) - Son of Des and Daphne Clarke. Was forced to go into care at Age 15 when Des had a nervous breakdown. Ran away after being bullied by older boys in care to a caravan park in the town of his birth, Erinsborough, where Stuart was staying after being thrown out of Number 30. Discovered his later mother had left him some shares under the linoleum which the present residents of his old home, The Kennedys, discovered. Was later reunited with his father in Adelaide after Harold managed to track down Des.
- Eileen Clarke (Myra De Groot) (1985-1988) - Des Clarke's mother.
- Malcolm Clarke (Noel Trevarton) (1987-1989) - Des Clarke's Father.
- Sally Wells (Rowena Mohr) (1987-1988) - Des Clarke's half sister and former love interest of Henry Ramsay.
Davies Family:
- Bronwyn Davies (Rachel Friend) (1988-1990) - Wife of Henry Ramsay.
- Sharon Davies (Jessica Muschamp) (1988-1990) - Sister of Bronwyn Davies. Once accidentally set the Coffee Shop on fire.
- Edith Chubb (Irene Inescort) (1988-1989) - Sharon and Bronwyn's aunt.
Dennison Family:
- Laura Dennison (nee Simpson) (Carole Skinner) (1986) - Helen Daniels' sister and Nikki Dennison's mother.
- Nicole "Nikki" Dennison (Charlene Fenn) (1986) - Laura Dennison's daughter.
Gottlieb family:
- Stephen Gottlieb (Lochie Daddo) (1992-1993) - Pheobe's husband and adoptive father of Hope. He fell in love with Phoebe shortly after Todd died. Was crippled when the Pub Exploded following a gas leak. Later regained the use of his legs and he and Pheobe moved to Anson's corner to manage a record store.
- Phoebe Gottlieb (nee Bright) (Simone Robertson) (1991-1993) - Dated Josh Anderson then later fell in love with Todd Landers, who got her pregnant and died when he was hit by a van. Fell in love with Stephen shortly afterwards, and they got married.
- Hope Gottlieb (Laura Pearson) (1993) - Phoebe's daughter, who she had with Todd Landers.
- Mark Gottlieb (Bruce Samazan) (1993-1995) - Stephen and Ren's brother. He stood Annalise up at their wedding when he decided to become a priest. Left to become a TV chef in Sydney
- Serendipity "Ren" Gottlieb (Raelee Hill) (1994-1995) - Stephen and Mark's sister. She used to be a hippy.
Hancock family:
- Evan Hancock (Nicholas Opolski) (2001-2002) - Maths teacher who taught at Erinsborough High for a while. Father of Matt and Chris, though his first marriage to Genevieve. Is now married to Maggie and father of Leo, Francesca (deceased) and Emily.
- Maggie Hancock (Sally Cooper) (2001-2002) - Evan's second wife, and the mother of Leo, Francesca (deceased) and Emily. Had a short-lived affair with Toadie before leaving Erinsborough.
- Matt Hancock (Stephen Hunt) (2001-2002, 2005) - Son of Evan Hancock and Genevieve. Had a car crash during an illegal drag race. To pay for the trial, the family had to sell their house and leave Erinsborough. Later escaped charges. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Leo Hancock (Josh Jay) (Anthony Hammer) (2000, 2001-2002) - Evan and Maggie's son, Emily's brother and Matt's half-brother. He enjoyed breakdancing, and skateboarding.
- Emily Hancock (Isabella Oldham) (2000, 2001-2002) - Youngest daughter of Maggie and Evan. Gave them a fright when she ran away.
Handley family:
- Jen Handley (Alyce Platt) (1995-1996) - Ex-girlfriend of Philip Martin.
- Luke Handley (Bernard Curry) (1995-1996, 2005) - Jen's brother. He wanted to become a cop, but he was then diagnosed with cancer. Luke has since completed his training. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary about Ramsay Street.
Hartman family:
- Annalise Kratz (nee Hartman) (Kimberly Davies) (1993-1996, 2005) - Very attactive daughter of Fiona Hartman and Jo's half-sister. Briefly dated Lou Carpenter despite the age difference! Mark stood her up at their wedding. She then cheated on her next boyfriend Sam with Stonie. Now happily married to Sam Kratz. Recently returned to Ramsay Street to film a BBC documentary about it.
- Joanna "Jo" Hartman (Emma Harrison) (1995, 1996-1997) - Daughter of Tarquin Hartman and Annalise's half sister.
Hoyland Family:
- Rosie Hoyland (nee Barclay) (Maggie Millar) (2002-2003) - Ex-wife of Bobby Hoyland, Max and Izzy's mother, and Boyd and Summer's grandmother. She is a priest and is currently living in Papua New Guinea.
- Bobby Hoyland (Andrew McFarlane) (2005) - Max and Izzy's father and Rosie's ex-husband. He walked out on Rosie when Max and Izzy were kids and never really saw either of his children. Izzy was happy to have him back, but Max was very suspicious of him and didn't get along with him at all. Had a small fling with Janelle and is now romantically involved with both Susan and Lyn. When they all found out about his indiscretions, they tied him up and eventually kicked him out of their house without any of his clothes. Unfortunately, Izzy witnessed this and payed Bobby a lot of money for him to leave.
Kennedy family:
- Catherine Kennedy (nee O'Brien) (Radha Mitchell) (1996-1997) - The wife of Malcolm Kennedy, currently living in England.
- Malcolm "Mal" Kennedy (Benjamin McNair) (1994-1997, 2002, 2004, 2005) - Brother of Libby and Billy, son of Susan and Karl, cousin of Elly and Darcy. Currently living in England with his wife Catherine. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary about Ramsay Street.
- William "Bill" Kennedy (Jesse Spencer) (1994-2000, 2005) - Brother of Libby and Mal, son of Susan and Karl, cousin of Elly and Darcy. Currently living in Queensland with his girlfriend Anne Wilkinson. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary about Ramsay Street.
- Elizabeth "Libby" Kennedy (Kym Valentine) (1994-2003, 2004, 2005) - Journalist and Media teacher, daughter of Karl and Susan, widow of the late Drew Kirk, mother of Ben Kirk. Went to live in Shepperton with her old flame, Darren Stark. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary about Ramsay Street.
- Ben Kennedy Kirk (Noah Sutherland) (Sean Berends) (2001-2003, 2004) - Infant son of Libby with the late Drew Kirk.
- Darcy Tyler (Mark Raffety) (2000-2003, 2004, 2005) - Susan's nephew and former doctor and business partner of Karl. He was sent to prison after stealing from Susan. He got out of jail on day release, where he discovered the Izzy's baby wasn't Karl's. He confronted Izzy and tried to get her to tell the truth, but she accidentally pushed him down some stairs and put him in a coma. Also, she framed him for robbery in the process. He woke up in 2005, and while he originally didn't remember what had happened, he since regained his memory. He blackmailed Izzy for $70000, which she paid up, and left Erinsborough.
- Elly Conway (Kendell Nunn) (2001-2002) - Susan's niece and Malcolm, Bill, Libby and Darcy's cousin. Had a short fling with Michelle's boyfriend Zack.
Lewis Family:
- Robert "Rob" Lewis (Ernie Bourne) (1987-1989) - Gail Robinson's (nee Lewis) father. He died after being involved in a car crash.
- Gloria Lewis (Beverley Phillips) (1988-1990) - Rob Lewis' second wife and Gail's stepmother.
Mangel family:
- Nell Worthington (nee Mangel) (Vivien Grey) (1986-1988) - Ramsay Street's former busybody. She had a longstanding rivalry with Madge Bishop. During Annalise's documentary on Ramsay St, it was revealed that Mrs Mangel is still alive.
- Joe Mangel (Mark Little) (1988-1991, 2005) - Father of Toby Mangel and step-father of Sky Mangel, enemy of Janelle Timmins. Married Kerry Bishop, who was killed by duck hunters, and then married Melanie Pearson, and got divorced a few years later. Returned returned to Ramsay Street in 2005, and was involved with Lyn Scully for a while.
- Jane Harris (Annie Jones) (1986-1989, 2005) - Was the nerd at school until she had a make over and became one of the hottest girls on the street. Dated Mike Young for a while, and then had a short-lived relationship with Des Clarke. Called off her engagement to him once her Grandmother fell ill. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary about Ramsay Street.
- Kerry Bishop (Linda Hartley) (1989-1990) - Harold Bishop's daughter and Sky Mangel's mother. She was shot and killed after protesting against duck shooting.
- Toby Mangel (Finn Greentree-Keane) (Ben Geurens) (1988-1993) - Joe Mangel's son and step-brother of Sky Mangel. Currently lives in Western Australia working on his father's farm.
Martin/Wilkinson Family:
- Phil Martin (Christopher Milne) (Ian Rawlings) (1985, 1992-1999, 2005) - Father to Michael, Debbie and Hannah Martin, stepfather to Ben Atkins, Lance and Anne Wilkinson. Moved to Darwin with his wife Ruth and daughter Hannah. Recently returned to Ramsay Street for Annalise Hartman's documentary.
- Julie Martin (nee Robinson) (Vicki Blanche) (Julie Mullins) (1985, 1992-1994) - Extremely bitchy wife of Philip Martin, daughter of Jim Robinson, stepmother of Debbie and Michael Martin and mother of Hannah Martin. In an ironic twist, she died when she fell off a large tower during a murder mystery weekend.
- Hannah Martin (Rebecca Ritters) (1992-1999, 2005) - Daughter of Philip and Julie Martin. Was dating Paul McClain for a short period of time. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Debbie Martin (Mandy Storvik) (Marnie Reece-Wilmore) (1985, 1992-1994, 1996-1997, 2005) - Daughter to Philip Martin and Sister to Michael Martin and half sister to Hannah Martin. She had bulimia. Went to America to stay with her great aunt Rosemary but returned once she had an affair with Rosemary's Boyfriend Joel Supple. Became manager of the coffee shop for a time. Rekindled her romance with Darren Stark but it quickly fizzled out. Left Erinsborough after Helen's Death. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Michael Martin (Samuel Hammington) (Troy Beckwith) (1985, 1992-1994, 1995-1996, 1997, 1998) - Only son of Philip Martin. Longtime enemy of Darren Stark. Had a personal vendetta against Julia Martin, and at one stage tried to poison her. Later cleaned up his act.
- Ruth Martin (née Wilkinson, previously Hails) (Ailsa Piper) (1996-1999, 2005) - Mother to Ben, Lance and Anne, third wife to Philip Martin. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Lance Wilkinson (previously Hails) (Andrew Bibby) (1995, 1996-2001, 2005) - Son of Ruth Wilkinson, twin brother of Anne Wilkinson. Big science fiction nerd who was friends with Toadie. Went to America with his girlfriend Allana. Recently returned to Ramsay Street for Annalise's documentry.
- Anne Wilkinson (Brooke Satchwell) (1996-2000) - Attractive and artistic daughter of Ruth and girlfriend of Billy Kennedy. Currently studying at Dawber University.
- Ben Atkins (Brett Cousins) (1997-1998) - Ruth Wilkinson's other son who she gave up for adoption when she was 15. Had a racing car crash, but managed to survive. Worked at Carpenter Mechanics for Lou. Left in 1998, to get to know his biological father, Geoff Burke. Returned several months later for his Mother's wedding.
- Caitlin Atkins (Emily Milburn) (1997-1998) - Obsessive swimmer and adoptive sister of Ben Atkins. Tried to steal Billy off Anne.
- Nick Atkins (Jason Crewes) (1998) - Brother of Caitlin and adoptive brother of Ben Atkins.
McLachlan Family:
- Tiffany "Lochy" McLachan (Amber Kilpatrick) (1989-1990) - Ryan's sister and Dorothy Burke's niece.
- Ryan McLachan (Richard Norton) (1990-1991) - Lochy's brother and Dorothy Burke's nephew.
- Dorothy Burke (nee Mclachlan) (Maggie Dence) (1990-1993) - Former principal of Erinsborough High School.
Rebecchi/Reeves family:
- Kevin "Stonefish" Rebecchi Jr. (Anthony Engelman)(1994, 1995-1996, 2003) - Son of Angie and Kev, brother of Toadie and Shane, cousin of Scott, Janae, Bree, Brandon, Dwayne and Dylan. Had an affair with Annalise Hartman.
- Big Kev Rebecchi (Don Bridges) (1995, 2002, 2003) - Shane, Stonefish and Toadie's father, Angie's husband and Janelle's brother.
- Angie Rebecchi (Leslie Baker) (1995-1996, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005) - Shane, Stonefish and Toadie's larger-than-life mother. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Shane Rebbechi (Greg O'Meara) (1995) - Stonie and Toadie's Older Brother who is frequently in and out of Jail.
- Wayne "Tadpole" (or "Tad") Reeves (Jonathon Dutton) (1998-2002) - Toadie's big-headed cousin, lived with Harold and Madge. Found out that he was adopted whilst living on the Street, which lead to him finding his birth mother Rachel, and later donating bone marrow to his half-brother Tim. Turned his hobby of being a DJ into reality when he took the offer of touring the US.
- Coral Reeves(Denise Scott) (Donna Lee) (1995, 1999) - Adoptive Mother of Tad, Sister of Angie and Aunt to Shane, Stonie and Toadie.
- Barry R. Reeves(Fred Barker) (1999) - Adoptive Father of Tad and Husband of Coral.
- Dione "Dee" Rebecchi (nee Bliss) (Madeleine West) (2000-2003) - Wife of Toadie. Went missing after a car accident on the day of their wedding. and has not been seen since, and is presumed drowned (although you never know - look what happened to Harold.)

Scully family:
- Joe Scully (Shane Connor) (1999-2004) - Lyn's husband, currently living and working in Bendigo on his ill father's farm. He recently separated from his wife Lyn after she decided that she does not love him anymore. He now permanently lives in Bendigo. (His absence is due to the sacking of actor Shane Connor.)
- Michelle Scully (Kate Keltie) (1999-2003, 2004) - Younger sister of Steph, studying abroad. She used to go out with Connor.
- Felicity "Flick" Scully (Holly Valance) (1999-2002, 2005) - Younger sister of Steph, working abroad. Has been involved with several ill-fated romances, including Joel Samuels, the "older man". They spent several months sneaking around behind Joe's back but ultimately, the age gap was too much. She had an affair with Marc Lambert, her sister Steph's fiancé. It lead up to a show-down between the sisters on the wedding day. Was engaged to Stuart Parker but they broke up shortly after she moved to America where she now lives. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Jack Scully (Paul Pantano) (Jay Bunyan) (2001, 2002-2004, 2005) - Twenty-something son of Lyn Scully. Formerly a professional footballer in England. One of Neighbours former pin ups. Used to go out with Lori Lee and then cheated on her with Nina Tucker. He then cheated on Nina with Edwina Valdez. Has had difficulty establishing a new career, committing some major lapses while working in the family building business. He also had some drug problems. Went to America to be with Nina.
Willis family:
- Beth Willis (nee Brennan) (Natalie Imbruglia) (1991-1993, 1994) - Wife of Brad Willis and best friend of Annalise Hartman.
- Brad Willis (Benjamin Mitchell) (Scott Michaelson) (1991-1993) - Husband of Beth Brennan and son of Doug and Pam Willis. Cheated on Beth with Lauren Carpenter.
- Gaby Willis (Rachel Blakely) (1991-1994, 2005) - Daughter of Pam and Doug. Was knocked up by a guy named Jack Flynn and has a baby who she called Zac. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street. She still manages the Darwin Branch of Lassiters.
- Doug Willis (Terence Donovan) (1990-1994, 2005) - Husband of Pam Willis and father of Gaby, Brad, Cody and Adam. Had a short affair, but got back with his wife shortly afterwoulds. Recently returned to Ramsay Street.
- Pam Willis (nee Beresford) (Sue Jones) (1990-1994, 1996) - Wife of Doug and mother of Brad, Gaby, Adam and Cody.
- Cody Willis (Amelia Frid) (Peta Brady) (1989-1991, 1993-1996) - Daughter of Pam and Doug. Went out with Josh Anderson, then Todd Landers for a while, then went to America on exchange in 1991. Came back in 1993 played by a different actress (Peta Brady), Dated Michael Martin, Rick Alessi, Stonefish and Sam Kratz. Was shot dead by drug dealers in 1996.
- Adam Willis (Ian Williams) (1990-1991) Eldest Son of Doug and Pam. Dated Caroline Alessi and later Gemma Ramsay.
- Shannon Zachary Willis (Jay Callahan) (1994) - Gaby Willis' son.
- Faye Hudson (nee Willis) (Lorraine Bayly) (1991-1992) - Doug Willis' sister
- Cameron Hudson (Benjamin Mitchell) (1992-1993) - Doug's Nephew and Faye's Son. Was a Lawyer. Dated Lauren Carpenter until he found out with her affair with his Cousin Brad.

- Josh Anderson (Jeremy Angerson) (1990-1992) - Friend of Todd Landers who lived with the Robinsons after his parents moved to Mildura. Dated Cody Willis, Melissa Jarrett and Pheobe Bright.
- Sarah Beaumont (Nicola Charles) (1996-1999, 2005) - Sister of Catherine Kennedy. She was receptionist to Dr. Karl Kennedy and subsequently had an affair with him behind his then wife, Susan's back. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street, blowing Karl a kiss. She was also responsible for bringing Bob the dog to number 30, and when she requested for Toadie to give it back to her, he sent her a replacement, although she revealed in Annalise Hartman's documentary that she wasn't fooled by it.
- Teresa "Tess" Bell (Krista Vendy) (1999-2001) - Former English teacher at Erinsborough High School. Had an abusive relationship with husband Brendan, but still loved him. He later died in an accident when his car caused Steph Scully's bike to skid off the road. She had an affair with Darcy Tyler and then fled to England.
- Edward "Eddie" Buckingham (Bob La Castra) (1990) - An Englishman that Madge and Harold met on holiday who came to stay with them. He tried to compete with the Coffee Shop. It was revealed that the Cafe He owned in London had gone bust after his girlfriend, who was also his business partner, had ran off with the money leaving him with all the debts. Later returned to London when his father fell ill.
- Taj Coppin (Jaime Robbie Reyne) (2002-2004) - Teenager who used to date Nina until she cheated on him. Had an affair with his teacher, Libby Kennedy, and then was offered a job by a movie producer. Older brother of Tahnee Coppin.
- Zoe Davis (Ally Fowler) (1986) - Roommate of Clive Gibbons.
- Lisa Elliot (Kate Straub) (1997) - Former science teacher at Erinsborough High School, she shared her house with Sarah Beaumont, Joanna Hartman, Catherine O'Brien and later Ben Atkins, who revealed he liked her before she left town.
- Clive Gibbons (Geoff Paine)(1986-1987, 1989) - Eccentric doctor. Once performed an emergency tracheotomy on Lucy Robinson on a kitchen table.
- Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton) (1997-2000, 2005) - Former girlfriend of Lance Wilkinson, she cheated on him with an old flame called Damian and got pregnant. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Melissa Jarrett (Jade Amenta) (1989-1991) - Ex-girlfriend of Todd Landers and Josh Anderson. She had epilepsy.
- Alex Kinski (Andrew Clarke) (2005) - Single father of Rachel and Zeke Kinski. He was recently engaged to Susan Smith, and was diagnosed with leukemia, from which he died. He turned to Jonathan Verne for alternative treatments, until he (Jonathon) was arrested by Stuart Parker and Alex was told by Dr Karl Kennedy of his dark past (as a con). Has told Susan of his illness and Susan called off the engagement. After returning from the plane crash, he and Susan decided to make the most of their life and were engaged again. Alex also revaled to Susan that he has another daughter, Katya Kinski (now 21), who rebelled after her mother's death. Alex threw her out of the house after she assaulted her younger sister, and hasn't seen her since. Shortly before marrying Susan, Katya was found by Rachel and Zeke and at first refused to go with the children but follow them home to Susan's house. Alex and Katya get some stuff off their chest before the wedding. Within a couple of hours after the wedding, Alex passed away with Susan at his side in Susan's loungeroom.
- Lori Lee (Michelle Ang) (2002-2003, 2004) - Jack's ex-girlfriend from New Zealand. After a one-night stand with Connor, she got pregnant and had a daughter called Maddy.
- Paul McClain (Jansen Spencer) (1997-2001, 2005) - Foster son of Harold and Madge. Joined AFL team the Adelaide Crows. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Melanie Pearson (formerly Mangel) (Lucinda Cowden) (1987, 1988, 1989-1991, 2005) - Ex-wife of Joe Mangel. She laughs like a Seal. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Joel Samuels (Daniel MacPherson) (1998-2002) - Friend of Mal Kennedy, who came to Australia and stayed with the Kennedy's for a short period. He had long running relationships with Dee and Flick.
- Nina Tucker (Delta Goodrem) (2002-2003, 2004, 2005) - Daughter of Trixie and friend of Michelle and Lori. Was originally going out with Taj Coppin but then cheated on him with Jack Scully. Jack then cheated on her with Edwina. She got back together with Jack and lived with him in America. Appeared in Annalise Hartman's documentary on Ramsay Street.
- Sally Upton (Sally Davis) (1998-1999) - Radio station assistant and former love interest of Joel Samuels.
- Sindi Watts (Marisa Warrington) (2002, 2003, 2004-2005) - Sister of Penny Watts, wife of Stuart Parker. Interested in star signs. Used to date crime boss Rocco Cammineti, and then cheated on him with Toadie. Subsequently had a relationship with Stuart Parker. Returned to stripping to pay for an eye operation for Stuart and then prostitution, and won a bet with her client to get the money without actually having sex. Unfortunately, she gave the money away, but then Paul Robinson's "Helen Daniels Trust" raised the money for Stuart's operation. Used to work at Carmella's magazine, but got fired before getting a job as a barmaid at "Scarlett Bar". She recently got married to Stuart Parker, and had a mental breakdown on her honeymoon. It was then revealed that she spent time in a psychiatric hospital when she was a teenager, and was responsible a string of assaults, including running over one of Stuart's fellow police officers and knocking Janae off her bike (which was initially thought to be an accident). She tried to end her marriage with Stu because she felt she was ruining his life, but he wouldn't let her. She then declared she would be taking a place at the Dorton Clinic in New South Wales, where she went as a teenager and is currently residing.
- Mike Young (Guy Pearce) (1986-1989) -Ward taken in by Des and Daphne Clarke after being regularly beaten by his father. Dated Nikki Dennison, Jane Harris and Bronwyn Davies. Became a Teacher. Left when his mother was in a critical condition following a plane crash.

Caminetti family:
- Rocco Caminetti (Robert Forza) (2003, 2004) - Underworld crime boss. Possibly linked to either the Mafia or the Yakuza. A "business associate" of Lou Carpenter. Put Connor in the boot of his car and drove around for a while when Connor had an affair with Rocco's daughter. Did the same thing with Toadie after he found out Sindi had an affair with him, but then crashed the car and put Toadie in a coma. Is currently in jail.
- Lucia Cammenneti (Maria Mercedes) (2004, 2005) - Carmella's mother and Rocco's ex-wife.
- Carmella Cammeniti (Natalie Blair) (2003, 2004, 2005) - Overprotected daughter of Rocco and Lucia Cammeniti and ex-girlfriend of Connor O'Neill. Her father originally disapproved of her relationship with Connor. He even had Connor locked in his car boot, but now that he is in jail Carmella can do what she wants. She was also the editor of All Her magazine and Sindi's boss. She was stalked by her bodyguard Frank, and after therapy failed to make her feel better. She got a job as Eva's publicist and is now touring Australia with her. She recently returned to Ramsay Street, to once again try and reunite herself with Connor, though it is unknown if it will be full time. She offered Connor the $50,000 he needs for Maddy's ear operation, in return for spending time with her, something she tried to use to her advantage in her plans to win Connor from Serena. Eventually, when she realised wasn't going to leave Serena for her, she forced Connor to pay him all the money back, something which he had to rob his store "Bounce" for. Eventually, out of guilt, she paid the money back anonymously and left.
Jeffries family:
- Lisa Jeffries (Rhiannon Fish) (2003, 2004, 2005) - Summer Hoyland's troublesome, Canadian school friend.
- Andrea Jeffries (Gail Beker) (2003, 2004) - Lisa's overprotective mother who got in an argument with Libby Kennedy over the teaching standards at Erinsborough High School.
Lambert family:
- Marc Lambert (David Karakai) (2002) - Was engaged to Steph Scully, but left her at the alter and ran away with her sister Flick.
- Chloe Lambert (Stephanie Daniel) (2002) - Head of the Lassiters hotel chain, mother of Marc and Jordan Lambert and former love interest of Darcy Tyler.
- Jordan Lambert (Hannah Jankiewicz) (2002) - Daughter of Chloe and sister of Marc. Was so enraged by her mother's affair with the much younger Darcy Tyler that she had Darcy beaten up.
- Tim Collins (Ben Anderson) (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005) - Lawyer. Toadfish's former rival, now business partner. Marc and Jordan Lambert's cousin. He recently legally represented Susan in Karl and Susan's divorce proceedings.

- Dennis "Tom" Scully (Andrew Larkins) (2004) - Joe Scully's brother and former love interest of Susan Kennedy. Used to be a Catholic priest, but left the priesthood for Susan. Was the only person besides Darcy Tyler and Paul Robinson who knows the truth about Izzy's baby, and threatened to tell Karl, before it became public knowledge.
- Connie O'Rourke (Val Jellay) (2000) - Lyn's adoptive mother who was later revealed to be her biological aunt shortly after her death in 2003.
- Henry O'Rourke (Bud Tingwell) (2000, 2003) - Connie's husband, Lyn's adoptive father and uncle who blackmailed her real father, Charlie Cassidy over his cheating on Valda, into giving Lyn to him and Connie. Lyn was angered by this revelation and told him to get out of her life for his behaviour, but later forgave him.
- Valda Sheergold (Joan Sydney) (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005) - Over-the-top busybody and comic relief. Introduced as Lyn's aunt but later revealed to be her true mother. Recently married Lyn's biological father Charlie Cassidy.
- Charlie Cassidy (Cliff Ellen) (2003, 2004, 2005) - Lyn Scully's biological father. When he was young he got Valda pregnant and she gave birth to Lyn, but Henry O'Rourke, the husband of Valda's sister Connie, forced Charlie to give the baby to Henry. Henry and Connie raised Lyn as their own until Lyn found out in 2003. She then tracked down Charlie, and soon forged a strong relationship with him. He then married Valda on the same day as Steph and Max's wedding. Has a sister, Doreen, and a son, Micheal (not Valda's son). Charlie died peacefully of an emphysema in front of Steph, which led to a criminal investigation into his death. He later appeared in Steph's dream prior to her trial.
- Doreen "Peace Dove" Cassidy (Anne Phelan) (2004, 2005) - Charlie's sister and Lyn and Michael's aunt. She is a hippy.
- Micheal Cassidy (David Paterson) (2004, 2005) - Charlie's son and Lyn's half brother. Accused Steph of killing his father but later called a truce with her.

- Carmel Tyler (nee Smith) (Kirsty Child) (2002) - Darcy's mother and Susan's sister.
- Liz Conway (nee Smith) (Christine Keogh) (2001, 2002) - Susan and Carmel's sister and Elly's mother.

- Andy Tanner (Craig Beamer) (2005) - One-time love interest of Lyn. He left his wife Sandy for her.
- Sandy Tanner (Leonie Lee)(2005) - Andy's ex-wife. She harbours a deep resentment to Lyn for stealing her husband.

- Colin Taylor (Frank Bren) (1994-1995) - A Very boring man Philip and Julie met while on Holiday. Later moved to Ramsay Street and worked at the Newsagency alongside Philip and dated Marlene for a while. He had a gay twin brother named Alf.
- Colin Taylor (Frank Bren) (1995) - Colin's Gay twin brother who came out after Colin suspected him of trying to move in on Marlene.
Thomas family:
- Kayla Thomas (Virginia Ryan) (2005) - A teenage, pregnant girl living at a refuge, who put her baby up for adoption. She chose Max and Steph to be the adopted parents of her child. When they found out about the terrible conditions at her refuge, they let her stay at their place, against the rules of the adoption agency. Has since given birth to baby Ashley, and had second thoughts about giving her up. Boyd offered to help her take care of Ashley, so she doesn't have to give her away, and she accepted his offer. Eventually she realised she couldn't raise the baby and ran away to stay with her boyfriend Anthony Johnson. Steph, Max and Boyd tracked her down, and found out that Anthony did not kick Kayla out as told them, but in fact he didn't even know about the baby. Eventually Kayla revealed to Anthony that Ashley was his daughter, and they made up and decided to keep Ashley.
- Ashley Thomas (Amielle Lemaire) (2005) - The baby of Kayla Thomas and Anthony Johnson. She was going to be adopted by Max and Steph Hoyland, but now Kayla and Anthony are raising her.
- Anthony Johnson (Adam Hunter) (2005) – Kayla's boyfriend and Ashley's father.
Wilson family:
- Sheena Wilson (Zoe Stark) (2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005) - Nurse at Erinsborough Hospital, used to be friends with Dee and Toadie. She dated Toadie for a while, but her mother Rhonda started cracking onto Toadie, and they ended the relationship soon after. Recently had a high school reunion at "Scarlett Bar", where it was revealed she used to bully Sindi at high school.
- Rhonda Wilson (Brenda Addie) (2001) - Sheena's mother. She tried to seduce Toadie while he was dating Sheena.
Others:
- Madeleine "Maddy" Lee (Madison Lu) (2004, 2005) - Daughter of Lori Lee and Connor O'Neill.
- Tahnee Coppin (Anna Jennings-Edquist) (2002, 2003) - Sister of Taj Coppin. Was a troublemaker who tried to steal Connor away from Michelle and claim credit for Nina's song.
- Edwina Valdez (Lucia Smyrk) (2003) - Seduced Jack while he was going out with Nina, and then had a short-lived relationship with Taj Coppin.
- Chris Lowe, Pet Shop Boys keyboardist (cameo) (Chris Lowe) (1995) - He asked Helen Daniels and Marlene Kratz for directions. After leaving, Annalise was disappointed that she missed him as she was a big fan of the Pet Shop Boys.

- Gus Cleary (Ben Barrack) (2004) - Old friend of Max Hoyland who Max had to fire from the oil rig. Tried to stalk the Hoylands and drive Max out of their life. He also had an affair with Max's sister Izzy and was the biological father of her unborn child (later miscarried). Was taken to a mental institution but escaped, returned to Ramsay Street, and died in the Lassiter's explosion from a mysterious blow to the head. Is now believed to have been murdered by Paul Robinson.
- Doula Tsobanopoulos (Katherine Halliday) (2000, 2002) - Former Boss of Tad Reeves when he worked as a DJ at nightclub 'Hemisphear'. Returned two Years later and was revealed as the mastermind behind an Identity Fraud scam which lumbered Tad with some debts that he hadn't run up.
- Penny Watts (Andrea McEwan) (2002) - Sindi Watts' sister. Had an affair with Darcy Tyler when she was his patient at the Doctor's surgery.
- Kenny Larkin (Russell Crowe) (1987) - Former Cellmate of Henry Ramsay. Tried to scam Madge out of some money.
- Jack Lassiter (Alan Hopgood) (1986) - Former owner of the Lassiters hotel.
- Rupert Sprod (Tobi Webster) (1994-1997) - A football player that Libby used to go out with.
- Frank Darcy (Wynne Roberts) (1988) - Artist friend of Helen Daniels whom she often used to visit at his home in the 'Bungle-Bungles'(sic).

- Craig "Pinhead" Pinders (Nathan Godkin) (1997, 1998, 1999, 2000) - Friend of Toadie and the Wilkinson twins during their high school days. Pinhead apparently joined his father's delivery business; the Pinders' van is still occasionally used as set dressing in outdoor scenes though the character has not been seen in years.

- Tuong Pham (Trent Huen) (1998, 1999, 2000) - A friend of Toadie's when he was studying at university. Later made a brief reappearance when he bought the "Oz-e-chef" business from Madge Bishop.
- Candace Barkham (Kate Whitbread) (2003) - Principal of Erinsborough High School.
- Sgt. Joanna Douglas (Matilda White) (1998-) - Erinsborough's beat policewoman, was often seen investigating one of the suburb's many minor crimes or breaking bad news after an accident.
- Svetlanka Ristic (Deidre Rubenstein) (2004) - Liljana's mother. Very evil lady who hates David with a passion, currently in a relationship with Harold Bishop. When Liljana became pregnant with Luka, she adopted him out and paid a Doctor to tell Liljana that he had died.
- Luka Dokich (Keelan O'Hehir) (2004) - Svetlanka's godson, who is actually Liljana's illegitimate son who Svetlanka adopted out at birth. Could be a pyromaniac as he burnt down his old school after a disagreement with the teacher and David Bishop's briefcase.
- Lana Crawford (Bridget Neval) (2004, 2005) - Sindi's cousin, often described as Neighbours first openly gay character. After initially not getting along with Sky, they soon became best friends, and Sky helped her come out of the closet and be comfortable with being a lesbian.
- Penny Weinberg (Sally Kingsford) (2005) - Summer and Bree's geeky friend, who was obsessed with computers and science fiction.
- Genevieve "Eva" Doyle (Lulu McClatchy) (2005) - Toadie's new girlfriend. She is a wrestler, primary school teacher and jazz singer. She has issues with her weight. She got offered a job by a wrestling company and is now touring Australia with Carmella.
- Squirrel (Brooke Howden) (1994, 1995) - Ex-girlfriend of Sam Kratz. She told him he was the father of her baby, but it was actually revealed that it was someone else.
- Trixie Carpenter (nee Tucker) (Wendy Stapleton) (2003, 2004) - Nina's mother and Lou's wife who left him after the play they had produced went broke.
- Mike Healey (Andrew Blackman) (1998, 1999)
- Sharon "Shazza" Cox (Emily Wheaton) (2005) - Stingray's ex-girlfriend, who he lost his virginity to. Janae stole her new boyfriend.
- Gabrielle Walker (Linda Hartley) (2005) - An employee at "The General Store". She is a dead ringer for Harold's daughter Kerry. She is good friends with Sky and Harold. Went to Darwin to see her dad. (NOTE: Is played by the same actress as Kerry Bishop.)
- Chris Cousens (Simon Mallory) (2003, 2004, 2005) - A photographer and sexual predator. He tried to take advantage of Serena, who was doing modelling work for him, but she soon saw his true colours and ran away from him. He recently tried to take advantage of Janae and spiked her drink, but Dylan, Scott and Bree arrived in the nick of time and Bree kicked him in the nuts.
- Tony Corbett (Robert Morgan) (2005) - Paul's business partner and an employee of Affirmacon, a company which wants to build a mall in place of Ramsay Street. Affirmacon has also built malls in many other parts of the world. They use the strategy of contaminating environmental areas so that they are useless and then build the malls on them. When he found out about Paul's betrayal, he kidnapped him and took him out to the forest, where his thugs tried to kill Paul, but Paul ran off and then accidentally ran off a cliff. Affirmacon has been exposed, and Tony has fled Australia.
- Raylene Manson (Sharon Kershaw) (2005) - Stuart Parker's devout Catholic aunt who came to Erinsborough to see if Sindi was a suitable bride for Stu. Stuart and Sindi lied to her about their circumstances, telling her that they were devout Catholics who visited church every week. They eventually dug themselves deeper and deeper until they needed Connor to pretend he was a priest. She eventually found out about the ruse when she saw Connor working in Toadie's bikini store, "Bounce", and left Erinsborough angrily.
- Georgina "Go-Go" Riley (Kate Cole) (2005) - The manager of "Go-Go Boys", a delivery service, and the boss of Stingray Timmins. She also sexually harassed Stingray by pinching him on the backside. The Timmins competed with her courier business, but she eventually bought them out.
- Gareth Peters (Phillip McInnes) (2005) - A crooked nurse who worked at Erinsborough Hospital. He used to steal stuff from Darcy Tyler when he was in a coma until the day Darcy woke up and hit him in the groin. Stuart arrested him for illegal selling drugs to Izzy.
- Jonathan Verne (Oscar Redding) (2003, 2005) - Con man who was the head of the cult/scam "Life Mechanics". Scammed Stuart Parker and many others out of lots of money and skipped town soon aftewards. Returned to Erinsborough two Years later and began conning Alex Kinski into paying huge amounts of money for phoney cancer treatments, but was caught out by Karl and arrested.

- Bouncer the Dog (1987-1993) - The most famous of all the Ramsay street pets who had several owners during his time on the show, including Lucy Robinson and Toby Mangel.
- Roxy the Fox (2002) - A fox that Boyd and Michelle found near the church. Was owned by Dee's Sister, Cecile.
- Holly the Dog (1993-1998) - Hannah Martin's old dog. Died after accidentally eating snail pellets.
- Bonnie the Dog (1996-1999) - The Wilkinson families' dog.
- Murray the Turkey (1996-1997) - A turkey that Toadie was going to eat for Christmas but then decided to keep as a pet.
