Template:Spoiler At the Krusty Krab, Pearl is crying hard out. Mr. Krabs asks her whats wrong, and she replies that her boyfriend (Octavius Rex) has just dumped her, and the prom is tommorrow night. Mr. Krabs suggests taking Squidward or himself to go, however the SpongeBob is the one that has to go with her. Pearl hates being embarresed, and doesn't want to be embarresed by Spongebob, but her wish not to be embarresed doesn't get granted. The SpongeBob wears a wig and makes artificial legs under his already existing ones to make himself look "long tan and handsome" for Pearl. At the prom he spills fruit punch everywhere and causes hilarious disaster wherever his tall spongeish legs take him. He can't seem to control his crazy costume and makes Pearl unpopular. The Spongebob, after having broken everything at the prom runs off into the restroom sobbing and absorbing. A bunch of lady fish run off feeling embarresed, and then Pearl manages to successfully understand Spongebob's jibberish. Then she lets him still wear the wig and they do the Sponge Dance. More havoc occurs, including several fish being chased by giant tomatoes and being hauled off, and an angry mob lifts them into the air. Where the tomatoes came from is unknown, and it seemed that more disaster occured than was actually even possible. The Spongebob and Pearl think that means they're popular until someone who sounds like Heffer from Rocko's Modern Life says "Go wreck someone else's prom will ya?". Pearl is VERY embarresed. The spongebob apologizes, then Pearl says even though it was a disaster it was really fun. Then right as they almost embrace and kiss, Mr. Krabs appears and tells Spongebob not to step on the flower on the ground. Pearl once again gets very embarresed thinking that Mr. Krabs was telling SpongeBob to stay away from Pearl. Pearl tells the Sponge good night, and tries to get the SpongeBob's attention, but as she walks out the door the Spongebob appears to be frozen, but it's really only his dummy that he made earlier on. The alleged "fake/real" Spongebob that appeared earlier didn't even go to the prom, it was his "realistic" dummy, and he carries the dummy off roaring with laugher, indicating that he's used the dummy many other times in other episodes as well. The End.

Trivia/Goofs

  • When Pearl tosses the SpongeBob into the net, the home team's score goes up, instead of the visitors.
  • In the first major devestating disaster scene, if you listen clearly you can hear SpongeBob running and screaming in the background, even though he's clearly sitting on the floor. This could mean that that was either his realistic dummy screaming, OR that it was in fact the real SpongeBob who went to the prom. Many fans speculate which Spongebob was real, as this is a quite baffiling episode in that regard. If it was the dummy all along, how did it move, dance, and talk? And why did there appear to be two SpongeBobs at the prom?
  • In the beginning of the episode, there are seven Freds. Which one is the real Fred?
