Schindler group were a major engeneering company constructing elevators, escelators and trains for Swiss Federal Railways. Their main factory was in Pratteln in Switzerland. Schindler dissolved in the early part of the 21st century. Bombardier took over their factory until they relocated in 2004 - 5.
