Rhonda Ross Kendrick (born Rhonda Suzanne Silberstein on August 14, 1971 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress. Her mother is superstar singer and actress Diana Ross, and her father is Motown head Berry Gordy. Her birth certificate gives her last name as "Silberstein", because, when she was born, Ross was still married to her first husband, Robert Ellis Silberstein.

Her most famous acting credit is on Another World, as Toni Burrell. She played the role from 1997 to 1999 and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 1998.

She married jazz musician Rodney Kendrick on September 14, 1997.

Ross Kendrick is the half-sister of actress Tracee Ellis Ross. Like her half-sister, she is a graduate of Brown University.
