Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Did you create the above template? I fixed the Wisconsin category by mistake (thinking it was a userpage and not a template). There's no need for a template unless it will be used on multiple pages. I'll probably nominate it for deletion unless you have a reason you'd like to keep it.
