Bryan Alvarez (born June 12, 1975 in Seattle, Washington) is a former professional wrestler and the editor of Figure Four Weekly, a newsletter that has covered the world of professional wrestling since 1995. Figure Four Weekly (commonly abbreviated F4W or F4W~!) is widely regarded as the funniest of the major wrestling newsletters.

In June 2005, Alvarez launched Figure Four Weekly Online, a subscription website run primarily by himself, his brother-in-law Tony Leder, and fellow former professional wrestler, Vince Verhei. Two or three times a week, Alvarez and Verhei produce their own internet audio show, The Bryan and Vinny show, where the pair review professional wrestling and MMA programming, in an observational comedic style similar to that found in the newsletter.

Alvarez also hosts Figure Four Daily, an audio show available every weekday to subscribers on the website where Alvarez interviews guests relating to professional wrestling or mixed martial arts.

Other features found on Figure Four Online include online access to a growing archive of past Figure Four Weekly newsletters and an active discussion forum.

Alvarez's book Death of WCW, which he co-wrote with Wrestlecrap creator RD Reynolds was released in 2005.

Alvarez attributes his pro wrestling training to wrestler Buddy Wayne. Alvarez is also accused of training ROH star Jack Evans.

Alvarez serves as the co-host of the Wrestling Observer Live radio program with Dave Meltzer, which airs on the Sports Byline Radio Nework on Sunday nights at 8:00 PM Eastern time.
