Mandonna

Mandonna, (man) (donna), is an American very-male, Madonna tribute band.

Mandonna mostly plays Madonna's hits from the '80s, like "Borderline", "Like a Virgin" and "Holiday". Along with the vocal differences, the band use traditional bass and guitars instead of Madonna's electronic instrumentation. Complete with elaborate costume changes and slutty dance moves, the band's show is a collection of Madonna's greatest hits.

The band formed in 2003 after seeing several all-female tribute bands, like Iron Maidens and AC/DShe, rock the house while covering traditionally male metal hits. Mandonna is also featured on Howard Stern and in Maxim Magazine.
