Andorra
Andorra is a very small nation located in the east Pyrenees between France and Catalonia. Once isolated and impoverished, it has achieved considerable prosperity since World War II through its tourist industry. In recent years many immigrants (legal and illegal) are attracted to the thriving economy due to its lack of income taxes.
