DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary LLP, is an international law firm formed by the 2004 merger of Piper Rudnick LLP, Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP, and DLA, once the seventh-largest law firm in the United Kingdom. The merger took effect January 1, 2005, making the combined firm one of the largest legal services organisations in the world.
