Kelly Lee Osbourne (born October 27, 1984 in London, England) is the daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne. She is the sister of Aimee Osbourne and Jack Osbourne, and the half-sister of Jessica Osbourne and Louis Osbourne, Ozzy's children from his first marriage.

Osbourne first rose to acclaim in The Osbournes, a reality TV series about her famous family.

Her debut album Shut Up! was released in 2002 to moderate sales, fueled mostly by a cover version of the hit Madonna song Papa Don't Preach. The album was met with fairly good critical reviews. She later recorded a duet with her father of "Changes," a Black Sabbath song. The duet hit #1 on the UK charts, a first for Ozzy and Kelly. Shut Up! was repackaged with this duet and a few live cuts and rereleased as Changes. Sales did not improve.

Kelly sports many tattoos: a heart on her pinky finger, a star on the back of her neck, angel wings on her shoulder blades, a heart on her hip, skull-and-crossbones on both of her feet, an anchor on her forearm, a lock and key on her forearm, a star on her wrist, and "Jack" written in script on her inner wrist.

On April 4, 2004, her parents admitted that Kelly went into a rehabilitation center to fight an addiction to pain killers.

She is currently residing in Vancouver and co-starring in Life As We Know It on ABC, a high school teen drama which recently has been canceled, with the last episode to air in 2005.

Osbourne finished work on her second studio album, entitled Sleeping in the Nothing. The album is co-penned by legendary songwriter/former popstar, Linda Perry.

Sleeping in the Nothing sees Osbourne make a rather smooth transition from rock to 80's robotic pop. The first single from the album, "One Word," reached #7 in the Billboard dance charts (week commencing 12th April 2005). Many people have noticed a strong simularity between "One Word" and the Visage hit "Fade to Grey".

Osbourne has denied reports that she is quitting music, and is currently recording her third studio album in London. She is writing material with Cyndi Lauper, and is believed to be working on an updated version of Girls Just Want To Have Fun

She also has her own fashion line called Stilletto Killers. She manages it with her best friend Ali Barone.

Kelly is currently in a relationship with Rai Thistlethwayte, the lead singer of Australian band Thirsty Merc.
