Marsha Stevens is a Christian musician and songwriter and out lesbian.

When she was 16, Marsha wrote "For Those Tears I Died (Come to the Water)", a song that was to become a hit in Christian circles.

Now ministering within the gay affirming Metropolitan Community Church, Marsha's ministry is entitled BALM - Born Again Lesbian Music and tours the United States performing to Churches and other groups.

Marsha still writes and records music and develops the talents of up and coming LGBT Christian musicians through her "UP Beat!" programme.
