The Los Angeles County Fair (also called simply the L.A. County Fair) is an annual event held in the Fairplex in Pomona, California. It is held every September. It is a carnival with rides, merchants, food vendors, cooking contests, and livestock.

Trivia

  • *Walt Disney orginally planned on having Disneyland be built in Pomona. But the city council declined his offer as fear that the park would not succeed and have the city go into debt. The land where Disneyland was spose to be is now the L.A. County Fair grounds.
