Helen Tardent is an Australian aerobics instructor, who has gained international recognition from fronting the Aerobics Oz Style daily exercise programmes shown in many countries world wide.

She is also very well known for her work in promoting Pilates, and often demonstrates these exercises in her half hour aerobics shows.

Helen’s work has been written about in numerous international magazines, including Marie Claire (August 2003), Vogue (January 2003) and Cosmopolitan (August 2002).
