Based in Washington, DC, the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities is an organization designed to help Christian institutions of higher education communicate with one another. The CCCU [1] has more than 100 member campuses, along with 71 additional affiliate campuses worldwide.

The CCCU administers a number of student programs [2] around the world. More than 700 students take part in these programs each year. Students of CCCU member institutions have the opportunity to participate in study abroad programs in Australia, China, Latin America, the Middle East, Oxford, Russia, and Uganda. There is also a public affairs program and a journalism program in Washington, DC; a contemporary music program on Martha's Vineyard; and a film studies program in Los Angeles.
