Thanks for editting in the sandbox this time. Yes, anyone and everyone can edit wikipedia. The Sandbox is just a place to contain any test edits and stuff that shouldn't go into the encyclopedia.

I'd recommend you register and get yourself a username, though, if you want to start editting. Using a raw IP like this draws suspicion, since so many vandals just use IPs.

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
