I'm currently a Campus Ambassador for the India Education Program and in my course of patrolling so many pages on my watchlist, I have to fight vandalism on a daily basis which I am currently doing with Twinkle but this feature would really help me a lot by enabling me to use Huggle. I would like to use this tool to fight vandalism and also fix editing mistakes. My controbutions list may currently be small but it can get bigger if i have access to this tool. (And having a certain amount of edits is not a requirement anyone as i read them) There are many tools i would like to use in but i can't because i don't have rollback permissions.  Not done, due to the lack of anti-vandalism experience. Rollback is a tool to make anti-vandalism work easier, but it's given to users who are already experienced vandal fighters. Please spend a week or two reverting vandalism manually, or with a non-rollback tool (such as Twinkle or WP:STiki), and then apply for rollback again. I have been active active more than 3 years in Wikipedia, about two years in English version and well aware of policies.
