Telegard is an early Bulletin board system (BBS) written for IBM PC-compatible computers running MS-DOS. Telegard was written in Pascal and released in 1986, making it one of the first BBS packages for that platform. [1] Presently Telegard is best known as the predecessor of Renegade, the most popular BBS software written.
