What is Carrier Pre-Select? Under government deregulation you have the right to pre-select the carrier of your choice to carry your calls. The line from the local switch is still maintained by BT, but calls from there are routed over other carriers networks. Calls can be calculated at a much lower rate! Carriers can also take over the line rental enabling one bill.
