A laptop cooler or notebook cooler is a device placed underneath a laptop to cool it down by up to 20 degrees. Usually, a laptop cooler consists of one or more fans, powered by either USB or an AC power adaptor. Some laptop coolers allow the user to adjust the fan speed.
