St Paul's College is a private Distance Education Institute 

located in Ghatkopar Mumbai India.

It offers recognized Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Arts Science Commerce Management Education Computer Science Information Technology Library Science Social work Law Hotel Travel tourism Textile and Fashion Design and many other disciplines.It was founded in 1978 by Sebastian Alummoottil who was a professor in a College of Mumbai University 

It has an enrollment of around 1200 students.Most of these students are working.
