"How Ya Doin'?" is the upcoming single by British girl group Little Mix. The song will feature American singer–rapper Missy Elliott, and be released sometime in April of 2013 as the fourth single from their debut studio album DNA.[1][2]
Background
A music video for the single was filmed on March 8, 2013.[3] On March 11, the group teased that the single version of the song would feature "a big surprise" and see a release sometime in May.[4] That surprise was guest contributed vocals by American rapper, Missy Elliott.[2] Little Mix stated that Missy's appearance came as a shock, describing:
We honestly can’t believe Missy is on our song! She’s been one of our biggest idols forever – it’s incredible. As soon as we thought there might be a chance she’d appear on the track we did literally everything we could to make sure it happened.[1]
In recent reports, the single has been confirmed to be released on April 14, 2013.[1]
