What do those percentages behind Andy's maps mean? --Menchi 08:25, 17 Nov 2003 (UTC)
- See the text above - the rescaling factor I used to scale them down, for getting the boundaries more smooth by the anti-aliasing. andy 08:27, 17 Nov 2003 (UTC)

I'm requesting a large blank US map from the Civil War era for mapping the campaigns of the Civil War. --brian0918™ 15:14, 29 Dec 2004 (UTC)

historical boundaries
It might be nice to have some other blank world maps for different historical times - nineteenth century for instance. I made Image:BlankMap-World-WWI.PNG and Image:BlankMap-World-WWII.PNG based on the maps for allies for WWI and WW2, not exactly sure what year they would be for, but I think the more of these maps the better -- Astrokey44|talk 05:55, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
Suggestions for a map
I would like to create a distribution map for the Cane Toad article, which includes its native and introduced ranges. I tried the blank world map (with no borders) on this page, however it does not include most of the Pacific islands, which are very important as they are mostly where the Cane Toad has been introduced. Does anyone have a suggestion for a map which would be suitable for this article? Thanks. --liquidGhoul 12:10, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
- Image:BlankMap-World-v4.png uses larger dots to represent countries, also for the pacific there is Image:Oceania-map.JPG showing lots of islands --Astrokey44 12:19, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
