Hillary Houston Hathaway (born September 12, 1969, in Jacksonville, Florida) was a Major League Baseball pitcher.

Drafted by the California Angels in the 34th round of the 1992 MLB amateur draft, Hathaway would make his Major League Baseball debut with the California Angels on September 8, 1992. He would appear in his final game on September 11, 1993.
