This is Elvis' second album. Recorded and released in 1956, this album is often overlooked as many believe that his first album was much better. But the fact is, this was his first real album.[citation needed] No left over Sun tracks here. Just Elvis sounding as good as he did back in 1956.[citation needed] A few tracks that should have been included were left off, "Don't Be Cruel" and "Hound Dog" for instance. However, it is still a real work of art and an excellent example of Elvis during one of his best periods.[citation needed] This album is also notable for including the popular songs: "Love Me", "Paralyzed", "So Glad You're Mine", and "Anyplace Is Paradise".
